July 9, 2025 marked a historic day for Surat’s real estate sector, as more than 200 agents, brokers, and industry professionals came together at Girnar Banquet, Adajan to participate in the grand launch of the Association of Real Estate Agents of Surat (AREAS). Formed with the objective of promoting professional development and unity among agents, the association aims to pave a new path for the real estate community of Surat.
Organized under the themes “One Surat. One Association.” and “Together, for a Better Tomorrow,” the launch event energized the city’s agent network and instilled a renewed sense of professionalism and pride. The initiative was embraced enthusiastically by real estate agents citywide, and AREAS immediately established itself as a credible and trusted platform.
The visionary leadership of three seasoned professionals — Er. Sandeep Patel (President), Mahesh Kareliya (Vice President), and Jatin Dalwadi (Secretary) — has been the driving force behind this innovative initiative. Together with their team, they left no stone unturned in ensuring the grand launch was a resounding success.
Their leadership and dedicated efforts were instrumental in making the event a resounding success. Er. Sandeep Patel said, “AREAS is not just an association—it’s a mission to bring pride and recognition to our profession.
