The real estate industry of Gujarat witnessed a landmark moment when Hurun India, in association with GROHE, organised The India Real Estate Excellence Awards 2025 – Gujarat in Ahmedabad. Globally known for its rigorous, merit-based recognition of excellence, Merit Based Selection, Hurun India brought its renowned platform to Gujarat for the first time – honouring 35 developers who are shaping the state’s urban landscape with vision, innovation and integrity.
The event saw the culmination of nine years of in-depth research by Hurun India into the Indian real estate sector, with the award winners selected solely on the basis of independent analysis – no commercial dealings were involved. Surat shines at the awards
As developer talent from across Gujarat was felicitated, Surat emerged as a shining star. Six leading developer groups from Surat city including Sangini Group, Pramukh Group, Pyramid Group, Rungta Developers, Rameshwaram Group and ISKCON Group were conferred with prestigious awards for their landmark contributions in residential, commercial and luxury real estate.
Adding to the pride of the city, two dynamic and eloquent voices from Surat were part of the panel discussion; Adarsh Patel (Sangini Group) on Blueprint Gujarat: Charting the States Real Estate Growth Towards Gujarat 2040 and Darsh Mangukiya (Pyramid Group) on The Builders of Tomorrow: How Gujarat’s Next Generation is Redefining Growth. Both presented different and fresh ideas, which showcased an innovative and future-ready approach to the development of the city.
Effective Discussion and Thought Leadership
The first panel, Blueprint Gujarat: Charting the States Real Estate Growth Towards Gujarat 2040, moderated by Priya Rustogi of GROHE India, saw Adarsh Patel from Sangini Group, Surat, join industry leaders to discuss integrated infrastructure facilities, sustainable planning and adaptability as per global trends.
The second, The Builders of Tomorrow, hosted by Hurun’s Anas Rehman Junaid, featured Darsh Mangukia of Pyramid Group, Surat, along with other next-generation leaders, who presented new visions on technology adoption, customer-centric design and building with a long-term vision.
