YUGEN REALTY, SURAT
The third edition of INFINITI, Gujarat’s largest building materials exhibition, was held on 06-07-08 December 2024, which concluded with resounding success. Organized by Indian Institute of Architects (IIA) Surat Center and Institute of Indian Interior Designers (IIID) Surat Regional Chapter, Infinity 3.0 attracted over 30,000 design enthusiasts and emerged as a benchmark event combining innovation, sustainability and design excellence.
An Encouraging Start
The launch of INFINITI 3.0 received great enthusiasm and positive feedback from the trade community, who expressed their confidence in the IIA SC, IIID SRC and the INFINITI brand. When 75% of the stalls were booked on the launch day itself on 21-July-24, their enthusiasm and eagerness towards the event was evident. This overwhelming response underscored the credibility and reputation of the organizing committees and set the tone for a highly successful program.

- Focus on Sustainability : Infinity 3.0 was designed as a net-zero carbon-neutral event, reducing its environmental footprint and demonstrating a commitment to sustainability.
- Creative Stalls : Architects and designers from Surat designed innovative, unique and sustainable stalls.
- Interactive Workshop : Learning sessions enriched participants’ understanding of materials, colours and techniques.
- Modern Architecture Project (MAP) : This initiative documented Surat’s modern architecture of the 20th century, giving a historical perspective.
- Engaging Panel Discussions : Panel discussions, signature sessions and captivating keynote speakers provided invaluable insights from leading designers and architects.
- Designer Pavilion : The two pavilions embrace the theme of “INFINITI” through visionary design, pushing artistic boundaries.
Event highlights and achievements
- More than 100 exhibitors showcased their products and innovations
- The exhibition covered an impressive 10,000 square meters of space.
- The gross revenue crossed ₹4.0 crore, setting a new benchmark for the event
- Over 30,000 visitors visited the event in just three days
- Almost every architect and interior designer from Surat attended along with 50+ architects from across India, reflecting the broad appeal of the event.
The Human Fasaad : Gala Night to Celebrate Design and Creativity
The Gala Night on the theme of The Human Fasaad was a wonderful celebration of design, creativity and bonding. Exhibitors, visitors and organizers came together for an evening of fashion, networking, entertainment and appreciation of talent, which gave the event an international class and grandeur. The launch of the IIID Awards was the icing on the cake as the entire National Executive Committee of IIID gathered to grace the occasion and the awards sponsored by Simpolo were declared open.
Positive Response from Exhibitors
Exhibitors expressed delight at the exceptional response and significant business potential received during the exhibition. People expressed their confidence in getting business and leads there which they converted into productive projects going forward, and said that their investment of time, effort and resources in INFINITY 3.0 has yielded excellent returns.
Young Designers’ Engagement
One of the most important aspects of Infinity 3.0 was the engagement of young designers. Their contribution enhanced the event and also showcased their potential as future leaders of IIA and IIID Surat. There is no doubt that their energy and vision will take these institutions to greater heights in the years to come.
A Global Platform for Surat
Infinity 3.0 showcased innovation, sustainability and collaboration, setting new benchmarks for Indian exhibitions. Its resounding success demonstrates the Infiniti brand’s ability to position Surat as a global exhibition hub in the region. With its eyes on the international stage, Infiniti aims to elevate its brand and strengthen Surat’s position as the exhibition capital of India.
The convener for this program was Deepak Sahajwani and co-convener Rupesh Kapadia, Chairman of IIA Surat Center Vijay Chauhan, Chairman of IIID Surat Regional Chapter Sohail Mansur, President of IIID Sarosh Wadia, President-elect of IIID Jignesh Modi, office bearers of both the organizations, committee members of both the organizations and the entire youth brigade of Team Infinity made this program so grand and successful.
