Dukhiyana Darbar Road Will Now Be Renamed As “Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel (SVP) Marg”
Surat East Builders Association (SEBA) organized a grand inauguration of its new office and members’ get-together on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. The event was held in an atmosphere of joy and enthusiasm in the presence of leaders associated with the real estate industry of Surat.
SEBA was established on August 1, 2024 as an important initiative to provide a unified platform and to provide solutions to policy and planning related issues to the developers of the Surat East area in the real estate sector. In a short period of time, the organization has won the trust of more than 750 members, which is a reflection of SEBA’s popularity and credibility.
On this occasion, all the members of the SEBA family gathered and discussed the achievements and future direction of the organization. Everyone in the program praised the progressive approach and unity of the organization.
As a special decision on this inauguration occasion, Dukhiyana Darbar Road was renamed as “Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel (SVP) Marg”. This naming was dedicated to Sardar Saheb on the occasion of his 150th birth anniversary and was a tribute to him.
Speaking to Yugen Realty on this occasion, SEBA President Shreyash Savani said, “SEBA is not just an organization, but a family for developers. Our new office is a symbol of collective unity and continuous progress. In the last year, we have organized many programs for the benefit of the industry, including business development, awareness programs, and in the coming time, we are going to organize programs and seminars for real estate expo, blood donation camp and members growth. Last year, programs like cricket match, Sham-e-Seba etc. were successfully completed.
During the program, the developer friends who are representatives of the real estate industry appreciated the continuous developmental work of SEBA and wished them all the best for the all-round development of the Surat East area. This program proved to be an important milestone for SEBA — which will be remembered as the beginning of a new era of unity, development and collaborative progress. SEBA In the future too, we will continue to strive tirelessly for the interests of developers and the overall development of the Surat East area.
